Open positions at Jump Wireless

Installation Specialist
Looking for experienced installers. Prior experience preferred. Know of mounting antennas, running cable and setting up router.
Bilingual speaker preferred.

Office Staff
Full and Part Time office staff positions available. Being able to work Saturday and early evening hours a PLUS. Need to be comfortable working with all types of customers. Ability to speak Creole or Spanish with our customers is a positive.

Outside Business Sales
Candidates work as ambassadors for Jump Wireless and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned areas. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Tower Climber
A tower climber is a professional who can inspect, maintain, and repair work on cell towers. These include guyed, self-supporting towers, monopoles, and other tower systems that require regular inspection and maintenance. Cell tower climbers work a hazardous role, but this is a profession in demand in today's digital era.

Call Center/Web Chat Host
A Jump Wireless call center agents are our key employees at the front lines of customer service, placing or answering phone calls.
